Houston’s Vietnamese community is one of the largest in the United States. That said, it’s fair to say that the Vietnamese Food here is one of the most authentic when compare to my home country Vietnam.
It is rare to find a Vietnamese Buffet, but here we are… Kim Son on Bellaire Blvd in Houston, Texas. It’s a one of kind all you can eat Vietnamese Restaurant.
My favorite station they have is the Noodle soup station. Which features many different kind of noodle soup and other specialty. Pho, bun bo hue, chao long, hu tieu nam vang, bun rieu, ect. They also have the grill station for grilled oysters, beef wrap betel leaves, nem nuong, and so many more.
The list goes on and on. There are also fried american food for the kids too if your kids are picky eater. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was well lite and open.
They close on Tuesday, so make sure you come on the right day. They get pack on Holidays and weekend. We went during a Wednesday, so it wasn’t as busy.
