Whole Roast Pig | Backyard BBQ

Whole crispy roast pig!

Vince roast this pig in his homemade pit on wheels in his backyard.
An awesome backyard BBQ I’d say.

After marinating it overnight. he started the cooking process way early in the morning.

The pig has been roasting in there for 6-7 hours before he flipped it over to score the skin.

Skin side up and roast another 30-40 minutes to get that crispy pork skin.

It was well flavored and the meat was super juicy!
The skin was crispy but not hard.

Even the dogs got a taste 🙂
