I didn’t have to travel far this time around to enjoy good food and awesome company! My friend hosted his birthday party for a backyard seafood boil feast, just a couple blocks away from my house! This time, I’m leaving the cooking to the ones that have done this before.
Louisiana crawfish boil have been a favorite for all seafood lovers. Not only in Louisiana, but this Cajun Spice Seafood Boil have spread to other countries overseas! The abundant in seafood mixes and the flexibility of putting whatever ingredients you like to eat in the boil are easy to cook up, and fun to dig in with a group of your friends and family.
How to cook the best cajun crawfish boil? It’s pretty easy really. There are pre-mix cajun boil seasoning that should be good enough. Follow the instruction on the package 🙂 add in bay leaves, a few onions, corn, etc. In this Cajun seafood pot, you can choose any seafood you want to put in. Seafood cooks very quickly, so make sure you don’t overcook them! Dump piles of seafood on table and chow down!
It was a fun party. The backyard food feast was one to remember for a long time. It has been a while since there are friends gatherings. This was right before the 2nd COVID lockdown in California. So we were glad we got to have a good time and release our energy that have been holding up inside for so long!
